TERMS & CONDITIONS
A £25 non-refundable deposit per person is required when booking.
For meals in our Premier Room, the final balance with pre-orders are required for your entire party 14 days prior to your event in writing including any dietary requirements.
Cancellations and amendments made after this date will be charged at the full price.
In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not met on a specific date, every effort will be made to secure an alternative.
The hotel cannot accept liability for issues with third party entertainment that are out of its control. If restrictions are enforced upon the venue, events will be cancelled and deposits will be refunded in full.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
