Our Afternoon Teas can be enjoyed either in the stylish, modern surroundings of the Bay Tree Bar, the comfortable and luxurious lounges of the Burlington Hotel's Martello Bar or weather permitting, our patio or garden terrace.

More of a charming ceremonious tradition than a mere convenient refreshment, the ritual begins with your choice of our award winning SUKI tea followed by tiers of sumptuous savoury and sweet treats. A popular plant-based vegan afternoon tea is also available and a glass of Champagne, Prosecco or Chapel Down English Sparkling Wine can be added to make your experience extra special.

Our Traditional Afternoon Teas are served from midday to 5pm every day. Our popular plant-based vegan afternoon tea offering is also available upon request.

You can Buy your Afternoon Tea vouchers here.  Call 01303 255301 once you are ready to book tor to check your preferred date and time.  Served between midday and 5pm daily. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance. Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. £5 non-refundable deposit required per person which will be taken at the time of booking. A discretionary gratuity will be applied to the bill.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please do contact us to let us know.  Should you have any particular dietary concerns or allergies, please do inform us when you book your table and when ordering your meals; our chefs may be able to adapt some of our menus to meet your requirements. Please note a 10% discretionary gratuity will be added to your bill in our bars and restaurants which is passed on to our team members supplementary to their salaries.
